method. You can choose to pay for your purchases using your credit
card, debit card, or bank account with no additional charges.

All goods are shipped via the Priority Swiss Post
Service.

I take special care when shipping my jewelry. All items are carefully
wrapped and come in elegant pouches ready to give as presents. If
the item is a gift, I will be glad to write a little note on a special
Papayaga Gift Card, and ship it directly to the given address. Combined
shipping is also possible.
Returns Policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you are
asked to return your goods to me in their original condition unworn
and unused within 15 days from the date of purchase. In this case,
you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the unsatisfactory
to you items. I recommend that you use recorded mail service, as I
take no responsibility for items that fail to reach me. Upon receipt
of your package, refunds will be made by the original payment method.
Faulty Goods
In the case of defective items or errors on my part, I will happily
refund your delivery costs, replace the jewel, and ship it to you
free of charge. As stated above, refunds will be made by the original
payment method, as soon as the goods are received.

years guarantee on every single jewelry item.
Please note, that most of the items I sell on this website are hand
made and made from natural materials. Due to this fact, their composition,
size, and color may vary slightly from the image shown.
Jewelry Care
Please apply the following basic jewelry care principals to ensure
your jewelry last a life time and stay as beautiful as on the day you
received them:
- examine the settings, clasps, and joinings of your jewelry regularly
- they should be snug and secure
- avoid exposing all jewelry to chemicals and acids ( household
chemicals, perfume, cosmetics and hairspray) – may cause disintegration
and discoloration
- avoid exposing Sterling Silver to salty air and sulfur (rubber
gloves and some papers – it tarnishes very quickly), direct sunlight,
or extreme temperatures
- store silver jewelry in an airtight container, protective lined
box or a pouch and place it back into it between wearings
- remove tarnish with a soft silver polish cloth or, when no
gemstones, crystals, or other beads in contact, with a non-abrasive
silver polish liquid.
- if dust settles between the stones and beads, carefully rinse
the jewelry in lukewarm water and use a soft cloth to pat dry
- protect your jewelry from mechanical damage - do not wear it
during shower or exercise
